IMPORTANT: Please be advised that Created For A Purpose LLC is NOT a Bartending School as contemplated by Sections 5001, et seq., of the New York State Educational Law. Please visit your local Bartending School for any physical training in your local area. Created For A Purpose LLC never performs any training and does not refers registrants as students for any beverage preparation at the establishment. Created For A Purpose LLC never interviews or hires instructors with the hopes of training registrants. Created For A Purpose LLC does not portray to be a school or portrays to behaves as one. Any decorations at the establishment are strictly for entertainment purposes only. Created For A Purpose LLC has the right to interview/screen and evaluate registrants, granting registrants with a Certification of Completion up completion of this process. Screenings may include references check, verification of past employment, address history, driver record screening etc. Registrants may not assign our agreement or proceed with process without prior consent of both Created For A Purpose LLC and the willingness of the applicant. Overall, in the event the registrant remains in good standing, registrants have right to continue to receive Lifetime Placement Service Assistance from said company. The company has the right to deny future services for appropriate reasoning against the registrant.
All potential registrants seeking to be discovered in the hospitality industry must sign an agreement understanding the following:
1. Solely and Independently representing that he/she knows all federal, state and local laws applicable to the services he/she may provide including, but not limited to, the sales of alcholic beverages to intoxicated person, and the right to refuse service to those acting in a manner that may prove detrimental to the health and safety of them and others. Should registrant fail to comply with the requirements of the foregiving statements or anything other applicable alws, rules and regulations, registrant agrees to defend and indemnify Created For A Purpose LLC (hereby, LLC) from and against any and all claims brought against LLC in connection with Placement of Applicant.
2. It is expressly understood and agreed that the LLC is NOT providing any registrant with any "training" as contemplated by Sections 5001, et seq., of the New York State federal law. The LLC is NOT a school and does not portray to behave as one.
3. The LLC shall use reasonable efforts in locating placement for registrant Although the company provides prospects of employment, there are NO guarantees of employment. The company is not responsible for third-party decision making. The applicant understand that he/she is in business for his/herself and shall independently evaluate abilities to ensure that said abilities match the needs of placement.
4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: The LLC shall not be responsible for any incidents that take place at any placement.
5.Registrant understands that the company is a Business to Business Consulting company providing Placement Services.
6.Registrant understands that all monies paid are non-refundable, in. Proper attire must be worn at all times. Al registrants must be paid in full before services are rendered.
